Into the food processor:
1 16oz can Garbanzo Beans (chick peas)
1 clove of garlic (I think I could've gone for 2 or 3 ;) )
3 T. tahini
1 T. lemon juice
pinch of salt
Give it a few pulses.
Then, with the food processor running, stream in about 1/4 cup of olive oil.
